25LC 11 016 LL (DESC) - A Whole-School Approach to Promoting a Culture of Staff Well-Being

Prioritising well-being in schools is now more important than ever, and research shows that 
this begins with staff well-being. 
A two-part approach is needed for this, involving equipping staff with skills and strategies, 
and supporting them through a positive whole-school culture. 
This webinar will outline 4 key characteristics of a whole-school culture of staff well- 
being, as well as providing practical strategies for developing these characteristics in daily school life.

Fiona Forman is an author, speaker, facilitator, and trainer in the area of well-being and  

Positive Psychology in education and parenting. 

Fiona holds an M. Sc. in Applied Positive Psychology, the science of well-being, from the  

University of East London. Having spent many years as a primary teacher, she is passionate  

about placing well-being at the heart of school and family life, and she has seen first-hand the  

many benefits this brings to both young people and adults alike. Fiona now works closely  

with schools, education centres, universities, and colleges around the
